Bydd gwasanaeth cyhoeddus o ddiolchgarwch ar Ddydd Mawrth Gorffennaf 19 yn Eglwys Cil-y-cwm am 2 o’r gloch.
With sadness, we mark the death of County Councillor Tom Theophilus, Ty Cornel, Cilycwm. Deepest sympathy to all the family. Tom had been a Councillor for Cilycwm for over 40 years. He was native of the area, with an immeasurable wealth of local information and history with a surname which has resided in this area for centuries.
Tom would have been 85 years of age today (14th of July).
There will be a public service of remembrance on Tuesday, July 19th at 2pm in Eglwys Cilycwm.
Anyone unable to come to the service is welcome to leave a comment.
My thoughts and love go to all Tom’s family at this sad time. Tom was one of life’s good souls who dedicated his life to others. I know he will be sorely missed by the whole community – I will certainly miss seeing him out in the field next door caring for the sheep in all weathers.
I am so sorry that I can’t attend the Thanksgiving tomorrow as I am working in the N of England.
I am sorry that both Annabel and I will both be away from Cilycwm for work on Tuesday.
