Flower Festival in St Barnabas Church

Rhandirmwyn & District Community Association is holding its first ever Flower Festival in St Barnabas Church, Rhandimwyn on Saturday/Sunday 4/5 July, 2015. Open from 11.00am – 5.00pm.

The theme is Ein Pentre – Our Village and will be a celebration of the Upper Towy Valley, its residents – old and young, its stunning scenery, its work, its recreation and its history.

All the flower arrangements will be created by people who live and work in the Rhandirmwyn area and there will be a special section for Children’s Art and Flowers.

Entry will £1, to include a flower or foliage for a community arrangement. There will be tea, coffee and homemade cakes, and also a plant stall.

It is hoped that at the end of the Flower Festival many of the flowers will be laid on local graves.

We look forward to seeing you.
