CYNGOR CYMUNED CILYCWM COMMUNITY COUNCIL April 2020
In light of the Coronovirus outbreak and the current lock down restrictions a vote was held via email on the 3rd April regarding council meetings and emergency decision making. As a result of this vote the following has been decided:
1) The Ordinary council meeting due to be held in May has been CANCELLED.
2) The AGM scheduled to be held in May has been POSTPONED until further notice. The new Chair and Vice Chair will take their roles when the AGM is able to go ahead
3) Urgent decisions are to be taken by the Clerk in conjunction with either the Chair or Vice Chair until normal meetings resume.
