CAPEL Y GROES – MENTER CILYCWM
Mae’r bwriad o ddatblygu Capel y Groes yn adnodd cymunedol yn mynd i dderbyn hwb mawr yn yr wythnosau nesaf.
Yn unol a chyfarwyddyd unfrydol y cyfarfod cyhoeddus diwethaf i fwrw ymlaen i ddatblygu’r prosiect, erbyn hyn, mae’r Fenter wedi derbyn ffrydiau ariannu gogyfer ag Astudiaeth Hyfywedd Prosiect sydd i ddechrau yn awr. Yn ogystal, er fod y broses cyfreithiol wedi bod yn rhwystredig, mae ymddiriedolwyr Capel y Groes ar drothwy’r cyfnod lle y byddant yn gallu trosglwyddo y Capel i ofal y gymuned.
Mae’r Fenter yn hyderus y gwelwn fersiwn ddrafft o’r Astudiaeth Hyfywedd Prosiect yn gynnar yn y flwyddyn
The intention to develop a Village Hall at Capel y Groes will take a great stride forward in the coming weeks.
In accordance with the unanimous wishes of the last Public Meeting to pursue the project, Menter have secured funding for a Project Viability Study which is now being conducted by a heritage consultant. And, although the legal processes have been frustratingly slow, Capel y Groes trustees have now reached an advanced stage in the process that will enable them to donate the building to the community.
We hope to receive a draft report of the Project Viability Study early in the new year, and we will then arrange a public meeting for everyone to discuss the findings of the Study.
