It is with sadness that we mourn the passing of Tom Theophilus. While living at Dinas Bach for 18 years, I came to know and certainly respected the Theophilus family – Tom especially was a pillar of strength in the community he served; the community which he loved so much and did so much for. Tom will be sorely missed – a gentleman’s gentleman – a man whose word you could rely upon. We will all miss you Tom.
