Emlyn Beagles at the Neuadd Fawr Arms

Will Theophilus writes –

The Neuadd Fawr Arms during the Festive Period, hosted the Emlyn Beagles with their long standing tradition of being regular annual visitors at this time of year for at least five decades and more, to the Upper Towy Valley.

The Emlyn’s current Master/Huntsman, Matthew Graham-Paul, assisted by his wife Annabel and a whipper-in, paraded the well presented beagles to the rapturous applause of the on-lookers at both ends of the village, before loading up and heading out for the open countryside.

Lovely photos, I hope to see some of the Towy & Cothi New Years Day hunt meet in Llandovery.
I had the good fortune to stumble upon the meet during a short holiday in the area; what a friendly bunch you all are! Thanks for making an outsider from the Midlands feel welcome.
Hope the going wasn’t too boggy and you managed to have a good day’s hunting.
