Over the passage of years, I can only hope that the pictures give a true reflection of all the hard work of all the volunteer workforce, which makes up Cilycwm Show, past, present and future. Only time will tell.
A group picture I would like to take is of all the former Cilycwm inhabitants, at a future show. Your own family gave so much sterling service to the cause of the show, with your own father Mags, having been it’s horticultural secretary for many years.
If my memory does not betray me, he was presented with a commemorative plate at the annual dinner of the show at Llanfair Grange Hotel, in 1979, in recognition of 25 years of service for our community’s show. Those were the days!
What about a picture of all the former Brynderi siblings at a future show?…..Work on it Mags!
